Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written, creative problem-solving skills, and ‘can do’ mentality. • Qualifications Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field or relevant experience managing teams and systems • 5-10 years of Quality Assurance, Test Management, and Team Leadership • 3 - 5 years of Testing experience across, unit/integration test facilitation, functional, performance, End to End, Regression testing applied within agile software development • Experience working in Agile teams • Experience working with customers located in geographically different locations • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential • Demonstrated ability to independently time manage, and deliver to deadlines • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
