Mô tả công việc Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals Communicate and negotiate with external parties (Government authorities, regulators, external counsel, etc.), creating relations of trust Offering counsel on a variety of legal issue Advising executives within the company Working alongside other departments within the company Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, corporate finance etc.) Collaborate with Management to devise efficient defense strategies Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues Make forecast for GA-related expenditures and control GA budget appropriately Provide analysis of business impact of current legislative developments, mainly in the corporate and industrial relations area and recommendations to maximize advantages and mitigate against adverse developments Deal with Government Departments and Officials when necessary Keep Management informed of any new policies or legislation that may affect the business Liaise with departments with regards to their interaction with Government Departments and Officials Quyền lợi được hưởng • Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year • Company trip once a year + Joining party • Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year • Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. • Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits • Dynamic and sociable working environment.
