Mô tả công việc - Creating financial statements, developping and regulating financial activities, and managing business budget. - Conducting financial analysis for the corporation to identify the company’s strengths and the weaknesses. - Designing strategic plan and evaluating the company’s financial activities. - Managing cash flow, computing contingency budget to handle unexpected expenses. - Performing monthly internal control with departments - Investing efficiently the company’s capital sources and structuring better bonus and profit-sharing plans. - Setting up and implementing the company’s cash management policy to budget for the short-term expenses. - Ensuring the business assets completely controlled as well as used in a reasonable and profitable manner. - Reporting task performance once a month to the General Director and promptly with necessary circumstances to prevent the business activities from holdup and damage - Managing and operating related departments. - Performing other commissions.
