Mô tả công việc Role purpose F&B Supervisor is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our clients. S/he is responsible for food quality and hospitality service and also takes steps to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities · Create and design food and drink menus. · Oversee food preparation. · Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines. · Maintain food and drink inventory. · Resolve client complaints or concerns. · Greet clients when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas after confirming their appointment and check-in process. · Ensure office suites are ready prior to client’s arrival. · Process important queries and manage client expectations in a polite and friendly manner. · Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs. · Act as the point of reference for client who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. · Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations. · Arrange refreshments, transportation etc. upon request from client. · Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution. · Help with the organization of events. · Perform other duties as assigned.
