Mô tả công việc - Uploading documents for the exporting goods in clients’ systems as well as our ERP system; - Generating and handling with documents for exporting goods with monitoring manufacturing & shipping schedules; - Communicating with clients with regard to technical issues such as payments & any manual adjustments; - Working with our colleagues of trade division at the production units in Vietnam and Indonesia. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Experience of handling with documents in International trade is preferred(we want to 1~2 experience but no experience also can apply) - Skillful at business solving problems, presenting. - Skillful at using computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, website, email,..) - Good at communication, email in English. - Hard working, able for overtime, high sense of responsibility, proper communication with buyers and colleagues. - Working with high pressure. - Preferred language for received applications: In English - Education required: from college, major in Business, International Trade is preferable. - Monthly salary and Bonus range (VND): will be agreement.
