Our client is seeking Business Transformation Senior Consultant. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh city. Job Summary: Business Transformation Senior Consultant is in charge of helping clients in assessing and restructuring operating models, organizational structures and related works in need. Job Responsibilities: · Conduct process reviews and assessment, including client-facing sessions and other multiple information/data gathering procedures. · Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement or transformation in work processes and innovative approaches to complete the pre-defined scope of work. · Participate in team’s problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client’s issues. · Assessing and restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations’ service delivery. · Assist in proposal development, as requested. · Involve in various research and analysis tasks as assigned. · Expose to clients in a diversified range of industries. · Actively enhance consulting skills and professional development.
