Mô tả công việc Defining potential business risks for the entire corporation - Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company - Analysis of financial impact of risk occurrence (probability of occurrence, maximum risk amount, etc.) and impact analysis of business/process interruption - Establishment of risk hedging measures Establishment of management process for risk hedging and action plan - Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take - Establishment processes for each risk (reporting system, insurance handling, claim response, contract items, etc.) - Inspection of possible risks and preparation of risk hedging measures when conducting new customers/businesses - Preparing and Review of Risk hedging insurance - Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take and contract adjustment - If a previously identified risk occurs, check whether the risk response process has been followed - In the event of an unexpected risk, additional update of risk items and preparation of countermeasures (dissemination and application to other businesses/customers) Quyền lợi được hưởng - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits - Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. - Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year - Company trip once a year + Joining party - Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Bachelor degree in commerce / accounting and auditing / business / finance 3-10 years relevant experience in risk management or Logistics industries is in advantage - Knowledge and proficiency in data analytics using advance tools is preferred Advanced user of MS PowerPoint and Excel - Good knowledge and Strong interest on Logistics Industry and Business risk management. -Fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English
