Mô tả công việc Conducts daily briefing with the staff before starting the shifts. Prepares daily worksheet/checklist, assigns work to staff and monitors to ensure all assigned tasks are completed timely. Conducts walk through all entire public areas to inspects for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness and readiness. Checks the public area equipment and facilities; Investigates complaints regarding pubic area cleaning quality and takes immediate corrective action. Receives worksheets/checklists completed by public attendants and file all operational documents properly. Informs Housekeeping office about the status of the public areas, equipment and facilities after inspecting. Checks daily amenities and condition of tools after public attendants finish their shift. Checks all stores, pantries and makes sure all doors are locked securely and all electricity applications are turned off. Records all lost and found items and keeps them to the lost and found cabinet. Records any incident on the housekeeping logbook. informs Housekeeping office to record any damages and prepare maintenance request for repairing. Checks and makes sure an adequate amount of public attendant supplies for the day. Vocational degree and a higher education completed required. Good and professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written. Must be able to work self-directed, handle a fast-paced, busy, under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Ability to communicate fairly in the English and Vietnamese language. Must have the ability to respond to difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy. Effective at fostering productive relations with peers and residents Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving. Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
