Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage. Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage experience. Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance. Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage. Store guest baggage upon request. Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features. Promote hotel outlets, services and events. Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations. Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards. Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
