Mô tả công việc - Research and analyze the market in Vietnam to find out new business opportunities with potential local and international partners; - Coordinate and make plan for business activities of Sunwah Group in Vietnam; - Working closely with the marketing team of Sunwah Vietnam to revise marketing materials and identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels; - Assist with planning and implementing various youth projects and innovation projects both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; - Provide administrative support to the office including interpretation (from English to Vietnamese and vice versa), arrangements of meetings, answering phone calls, etc.; - Perform other duties as assigned. - Build up, maintain partnership and take initiatives with startups, startup supporting organizations and VCs in Vietnam; - Oversee the operation of office accounts, plan and monitor expenditures; as appropriate, develop and/or coordinate budgets for the office and associated accounts; - Build up and maintain good relationships with Sunwah Group’s contacts in government, media and partners; - Working days/hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm WORK LOCATION: Hanoi Representative Office, 3/F, ULIS - Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre, 144 Xuan Thuy Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi Quyền lợi được hưởng - 13th month salary - Salary range: Negotiable depending on expertise and experience - Social and Health insurance: According to the current Government regulations - 12 days of annual leave per year - Opportunity to work with professional local and international companies and organizations - Friendly and stable work environment with international working standards - Possibility of traveling abroad Yêu cầu kỹ năng - English proficiency (both written and verbal) required, basic Chinese is a plus - Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required - Understanding of startup ecosystem is an advantage - University degree in business, commerce, marketing or equivalent areas - At least 2 years of relevant experience in related areas - Hard-working person with responsibility, commitment, strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel - Willing to work for long-term periods and overtime work, including weekends - Ability to work independently and collectively in a team - Capability of working under pressure - Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
