Mô tả công việc Summary of job Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management of his day to day affairs, and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Director’s absence Main responsibilities - Collect and track the project’s report given by each team and send it to the director. - Connect and build positive relationships with clients. - Receive business strategies from director, share and discuss with the managers to get the successful business. - Filing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director. - Maintain records of the Director’s contacts. - Manage Director’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation). - Support HR-Recruit and train new staff if needed. - Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers. - Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
