Mô tả công việc Establish an overall project plan with specific tasks and timelines to be approved by the General Manager of the Dariu Foundation in Viet Nam; The Project Manager FL will develop and pilot a concept for institutionalizing Dariu’s FL Programme, including: Support the piloting of the course in selected schools in close coordination with the General Manager of Dariu Vietnam; Draft teaching material and guidance for teachers; Building upon existing material available in Viet Nam or abroad, develop the FL curriculum to be used teaching FL with secondary and high-school students; Prepare and organize pilots for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition in selected schools; Establish a plan to institutionalize the FL Programme; Develop and evaluation metrics for the FL Programme; Based on a self-evaluation of the pilots, finalize the curriculum, the teaching material and the concept for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition. Develop a concept for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition; Any other tasks relating to the FL Programme that might be assigned by the General Manager of Dariu Vietnam on a case-to-case basis.
