A talented and very motivated team The opportunity to work with talents in Product Team (Vietnam and Indonesia) An exciting opportunity to learn and grow, a real challenge – we uphold to high quality standards where team effort is pivotal and solution is rarely obvious, you can and is expected to shape the way forwards Job Description Develop / revise / implement business plans and procedures to assist in company’s strategic projects Conduct primary and secondary research to provide findings and recommendations to improve product & business operations Ensure product releases are timely and effective by owning the operational process for each product feature, testing and reporting bugs to be fixed Coordinate with other stakeholders (Content department, Sales & MKT department, …) to develop and operate product features for Vietnam market Coordinate with headquarter in Indonesia to adopt new product features to the Vietnam market Assist in important campaigns and events by creating and operating events on app, managing in-app communications such as notis and popups Assist department head to keep track of all product development tasks and other requests Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor degree from an accredited institution Passion about the education / edutech sector is a must At least 1 year of professional experience Collaboration skills Critical-thinking skills and problem-solving skills Project management skills Good oral and written English communication Prior work experience in an ed-tech or e-commerce company (preferable). Think through details and tactics without losing sight of overall strategic goals. Market research skills Have high independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function
