Mô tả công việc Develop students’ cognitive, creative, critical thinking and reflection skills and empower them to become independent learners Create a safe and purposeful learning environment where students understand they are a contributing member of a larger community Facilitate engaging, student-centered learning activities aimed at building the skills and concepts necessary to be successful on unit and external assessments. Develop units of study based on the school-adopted MOET and international content standards Design meaningful and relevant assessments that provide every student with an opportunity to demonstrate understanding Adapt instruction to meet specific student needs and implement intervention and enrichment opportunities as needed. Communicate, collaborate, and liaise with other school colleagues in an effort to promote social and emotional awareness. Consistently communicate with parents about student progress both academically and behaviorally as per school policy. Scaffold language develop for all students Maintain classroom expectations by following the school’s pupil disciplinary policies and procedures outlined in the applicable handbooks. Assist in the development of the school’s syllabus and learning materials as required Attend professional development workshops as directed by supervisors Complete pupil reports in line with school policy. Attend parent communication events as required and keep parents informed about their child’s performance and future targets. Participate in and assist with school events as required.
