The main goal of Growth Data Analyst is to equip the Growth team of Topica with useful and actionable insights from our users, our products and our impact of marketing campaigns. Besides that, this position is expected to be a metric-keeper for the Growth team. What will you do? Conduct analysis on users behaviours on Topica platforms, from product features usage to content consumption Collaborate with teams to test new ideas/new experiments and produce analysis in a timely manner. Provide actionable insights for the Growth subteams to improve campaign planning & optimisation. Be a Data expert in Growth team to help build a data-driven culture for the team. Hands-on experience with web analytics, marketing automation and A/B testing tools Accuracy in data management, master in statistical reasoning. You are confident in Excel and have strong experience with Python, Javascript or SQL Basic English skills as we will have knowledge sharing sessions with teams in other countries. Dedicated and energetic towards work. Self-motivated and independent with good project management skills. Have strong experience with data visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Google Data Studio) Creative, curious and critical thinking. Love new ideas and experiments. What will you gain?
