Mô tả công việc - In charge of running the operations of building (Office and Apartment) - Maintains Building by investigating and resolving tenant complaints - Work closely and build a good relationship with tenants and the landlord alike - Ensure the smooth operation and co-ordination of all activities related to maintain the highest possible standards of the Management company commitment and Clients expectations. - Hires, manages, and directs employees and consultants and reviews work for legal sufficiency, accuracy, completeness, compliance with standards. - Maintains status report of all building activities, makes reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. - Maintains building systems (including the elevators, the air-conditioning system, fire equipment, electricity generator and security system and all other common service related to the Building) by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs - Ensure that the Building Tenants comply with their obligations to pay all rent and other amounts payable under the Leases. - Plans, schedules, priorities time-sensitive schedules as dictated by the circumstances Quyền lợi được hưởng • International working environment • Cooperation working environment, professional management and much opportunity for your career. • Competitive salary package + bonus • All kind of Labor Insurance includes Social Insurance, Health insurance and Unemployment Insurance • Allowance : telephone fee, lunch, uniforms Yêu cầu kỹ năng - University degree in property management, hotel management engineering, or related are reffer - English is fluently - Experience in dealing with multinational customers and ability to communicate with people in a professional manner - Experience: 3 - 7 Years - Have knowledge of Building management and previous experience in managing buildings. - Hard-working, ambitious and well-presented. - Strong management skills - Can work under high pressure
