Mô tả công việc 1. Daily Legal Operation: - Conduct legal researches, update and keep alert of legal changes in relevant legislation. - Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant Authorities for any required licenses. - Support other departments in dealing with claims, disputes from customers and business partners. 2. Legal risk and Regulatory compliance: - Draft and review contracts, agreements, arrangements, and other legal documents arising from the Company’s operation. - Submit and report legal issues and risks of the Company to Managing Director. - Proofread and edit correspondences, reports, and other related materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and standards. 3. Other duties: - Translation/interpretation (Vietnamese-English). - Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Managing Director and Management.
