Mô tả công việc - Establish safety, health and environment procedures to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of the O&M Agreement - Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and regulations - Conduct all incident investigation and analysis and verify documentation - Implement and monitor project management and safety, health and environment in compliance with Van Phong 1 Thermal power plant’s requirement - Make daily inspection rounds to observe and guide personnel in safe work practices and methods - Develop and manage security facilities including fire fighting system, fire trucks, CCTV, Ambulance, ETC.
