Mô tả công việc Annam Gourmet hiring the vacant position Supply Chain/ Procurement Supervisor with main duties as follows: Replenishment Plan and Order management: • Validate and present the Replenishment Plan per supplier / per year before the beginning of the year. • Work on the sales Forecast • Ensure the good reception of data (stock qty/ Shelf life) from the system and our warehouse. • Follow up the stock on hand at the warehouse compared to the shelf life and average sales to determinate the stock on month. • Monthly monitoring of the stock in our warehouse to manage store allocation when required. • Validate the finale order prepared by Procurement officer • Collect and transfer documents from the suppliers to send to Freight team for preparation of the customs clearance. Stock management and detention: • Make sure all items got Shelf Life Guarantee in order to forecast the order on time to reach the next incoming. • Monitor the good quality of detention at the warehouse an alert Buyer in case the forecast sales and purchases need to review sales forecast and purchases forecast. Quality and Claim management: • Monitor the quality of delivery from the warehouse to stores based on the report from Operation Dept. and follow up actions plan with warehouse team. • Coordinate with the warehouse to collect any information, proof about problem on the product received. (deformed, broken, expired products) Staff Management: • Train and assess your staff every month based on their performances (quality/quantity) in comparison with the KPI defined per Quarter, • Show open minded and listening skills in meeting in order to figure out the best solutions collectively.
