Mô tả công việc - Coordinate with purchasing to bring out standard of materials, beverage process, searching suppliers accordance to product developing criteria of Company. - Planning, researching strategy of new products at each period;- Market research, competitor’s new products research. - Support MKT department in developing new products includes conduct new product surveys, process the collected data, test, build product’s standard formulas/ new materials. - Coordinate with HRD, QA in training new products - Update beverage formulas and calculate the cost of the product by excel - Checking product’s quality - Make a manual document of new product and direct training for baristas at the store - Another tasks as assigned from department manager Quyền lợi được hưởng - Plus incentive/KPI monthly, quarterly & yearly Achievement award according to Company's business results - Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00) - Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview. - Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam - Participate in advanced training courses on and off the company - Professional working environment, dynamic, advancement - Fully entitled to other social welfare regimen such as:      Social, accident insurance and health insurance  Annual holiday;               Participate in the activities of the Company quarterly    Visiting the sickness, fondness, the union's birthday.  Annual leave: 12 days, 3 years plus 1 year                 - Enjoy other modes as prescribed by the company Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Fair appearance - Confident and dynamic personality - At least 1 year of working experience in Barista position, F&B field - Skills in capturing market, target customers. - Speak English - Ability to persuade, communicate well and take responsibility for work. - Mastering knowledge about food safety and hygiene, quality standards; - Can work under pressure
