Mô tả công việc Responsibilities: Set up training workshop for partner community Establish and maintain PITO Academy Create account and support new partners with the system Follow the goal - “PITO - Solve all your issues” 1.Partner training (50%) Clarify the obstacles of partners and support them in order to ensure the quality of service Establish the process, follow and coach new partners with using the system of PITO Deep research regarding F&B industry in Vietnam, analyze the needs of partner community to propose suitable training programs Conduct seminars, training programs, webinars for partners 2. Establish 3PM Academy for the company (40%) Investigate, research and improve the result of training programs In charge and improve constantly PITO Academy Close coordination with other departments in order to express and improve knowledge of F&B industry for other employees 3. Report and follow the process (10%) Follow and report the working process with the organization Evaluate the working process and propose with suitable improvement Other tasks as requested Quyền lợi được hưởng Participate in internal activities organized by the company such as birthdays, team building, travel,...
