Quyền lợi được hưởng Special policies for senior management Participating fully in the insurance regime according to state regulations Salary ranges from 120,000,000 to 180,000,000 VND Clear development path Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Proven experience as CEO or senior executive or in other managerial position in a manufacturing or sales orientated context; • Demonstrated leadership skills, including providing vision direction, attracting followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership. • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision in a manufacturing or similar environment; • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles; • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.; • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices; • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills; • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; and • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
