Mô tả công việc Mô tả: • Researching and analyzing the market to identify emerging partnership opportunities • Developing, implementing and implementing customer care programs. • Building relationships with partners to implement cooperation programs. • Supporting the organization of campaigns and promotion activities to increase revenue. • Compose creative content daily for the socila media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin) • Follow up and manage the social media channels. • Work with Designer to create content on different marketing collaterals • Assist marketing team on events and projects • All other related tasks as assigned. 2. Position 2 : Digital Marketing • Launch paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms in order to drive new user acquisition growth, increase customer retention and revenue • Develop ideas for customized campaigns based on target segmentation • Ensure that all campaign tracking is implemented correctly and efficiently • Test ads across devices to ensure best branding and user experience • Test ad messaging across segments and report on engagement • Communicate potential issues in advance of campaign launch dates and to problem solve in order to ensure all deadlines are met • Generate daily, weekly and monthly report for all major metrics, lead goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives • Participate in broader marketing meetings and strategy sessions • Continuously develop knowledge of digital best practices • Maintain knowledge of the social landscape and upcoming digital trends • Manage campaigns in social media such as facebook, linkedin, instagram, email, running ads.,… • Other jobs as assigned by management.
