Mô tả công việc - Acquiring new publishers using multiple approaches. Effectively and strategically present advertising opportunities to Publisher clients. Experience in online marketing and market research are plus: update the trend of marketing and digital advertising, advertising demand of customer; - Online advertising, sales online and marketing online knowledge, good skill in Google searching; - Experience in Online Advertising：Google Advertising products/Ad Network/Mobile Network/Performance Marketing/ Affiliate Marketing/Monetization etc.; - Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus; - Extrovert, eager to learn, working independently, teamwork skill, promoting and good communication skill; - Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher is a plus; - Self-orientation, analyzing and promotion characteristic;
