Mô tả công việc We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...) We are looking for a Civil Engineer, who will do: Searching and surveying for suitable vendors for resolve repair & maintenance request from service teams Surveying the repair & maintenance requests at sites with service team colleagues & customers & vendors and provide reports for solutions Monitoring the repair & maintenance work progress and review the inspection records and quality control result on site Reviewing vendor’s repair method statements and provide review results and suggestions for line manager’s confirmation Setting up the Quality Control process for service team colleagues to follow on-site Carrying out the other duties assigned by Division Head We expect you have: Working experience as Civil Engineer, related to Maintenance & repair Having experience for high rise building construction supervision & finish work supervision Understand the general MEP system of high-rise building Have experience working for property management or using building management system is a plus Good using AutoCAD, knowing Revit is a plus Other information: Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning) Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements: Good Teamwork spirit Dynamic, cheerful, amiable, responsible at work.
