Mô tả công việc • Installs, configures, and maintains network related hardware, software and supporting network infrastructure. • Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization. • Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources • Performs routine maintenance and troubleshoots network issues and/or preventative maintenance. • Plans, engineers and manages projects. • Performs routine network Move, Add, Changes (MAC). • Generates and maintains network documentation. • Other duties as assigned. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Minimum of three (3) years of related network engineer experience required. • TCP/IP, VLAN knowledge. • VoIP experience. • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, Load Balancers, DNS, and DHCP. • Multisite and Datacenter connectivity experience. • CCNA Security Certification a plus. • Ability to provide estimations and meet deliverables in a timely manner. • Ability to communicate efficiently with teammates a must. • Self-driven and willingness to expand technical skill set. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize among competing needs and respond quickly to requests for information. • Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures and guidelines. • Resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment essential.
