Mô tả công việc Essential Duties and Responsibilities Networking • Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware (Peplink, Mikrotik, Cisco Switches, firewall, NAC) • Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks • Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users • Purchase necessary IT devices when it is required and manage according to the policy Others • Cooperating with IT Team in HQ(Korea) to troubleshoot network issue if any. • Responsible for company used ISP communication to resolve/improve company network.
