Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization 3. Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure 4. Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing product. 5. Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations 6. Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems. 7. Manage the network and server infrastructure of a company. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related fields , or equivalent experience. 2. Minimun 5 years working experience in IT operations in manufacturing company 3. Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies 4. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems. 5. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills 6.
