Mô tả công việc Work with executive management team to craft vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team to ensure user stories/acceptance criteria is clearly defined and understood Track, measure and focus team on continuous improvement of sprint velocity, team capacity and team utilization Works closely with the Art, Game Design and the team to drive the production pipeline and provide estimates Support production pipeline from conception, storyboard, prototype to ultimately the final game build and hand off in a timely and efficient manner Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Work with the product owners and the project teams to develop and manage Product Backlogs Facilitate the coordination and collaboration across internal (production, art and story) and external groups throughout the production process by setting up meeting and follow up on action items Proactively identify roadblocks or projects risks and provide mitigation strategies Schedule and attend internal game reviews to compile and distribute comments and notes Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders All other duties as assigned. Skills · Have strong multi-tasking skills . Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements . Ability to work and contribute effectively and collaboratively in a team environment · Ability to identify and assess risks and escalate, as necessary . Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills . Excellent interpersonal skills, combining leadership and diplomacy · Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills · Experience leading teams and managing software development projects a plus . Strong skills with the MS Office suite of tools: Word, Excel, and Project · Familiar with JIRA or other project/task management software a plus
