Identify and validate key business requirements. • Documentation o Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. o Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications. o Ensure that all documents are well maintained and accessible for future reference, and carry out routine testing of software patches; assist with new releases. • Collaboration o Collaborate with stakeholders on requirement analysis, project update and user acceptance. o Collaborate with development team to ensure system requirements fulfilled correctly and project status is always on track. o Collaborate with infrastructure team on deployment process for either system change deployment or new system deployment.
