Mô tả công việc As a Gameplay Designer in our studio, you would be working on one of the most ambitious NFT game projects. You are responsible for developing an intuitive gameplay system for our game. You would be working closely with a very diverse team of people from various fields. We value your new initiatives as well as constant feedback which helps us grow. Daily responsibilities Gameplay System Designing, Player Experience Designing, Level Designing. Optimizing the skill system to maximize players’ gameplay experience. Designing the asset system, formulating item stats. Working with the Art Director to turn concepts into fun and functional contents. Working with our lead Concept Artist to design various levels. Working with our Game Developers and blockchain specialists to ensure the system works seamlessly. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Structural, optimal, and minimal mindset. Has originality, backed by the deep understanding of gameplay mechanics & players’ psychology . At least 3 years of professional experience in the game industry or, Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay in MMO games or similar. Has experience with game design tools. Experience with MMORPG and/or simulation games (space related experience is a plus). Management and communication skills are extremely valuable. Be proactive and versatile with great passion. Knowledge of Decentralized Finance and blockchain is a plus.
