Mô tả công việc Review test technical & guide/train lower level testers to complete their jobs/reach to higher test levels Handle Testing part of department, distribute testers between suitable projects in department Consultant to projects for Test domain Interview candidates for suitable tester positions Make test strategy, test scenario if needed Review and analyze system specifications for validity and feasibility. Ensure projects’ quality in department Join into proposal phase with BUL, PM which need testing knowledge, estimation Plus: Suggest/propose how to level up members’ skills, improve productivity Quyền lợi được hưởng Annual Summer Vacation: follows company’s policy and starts from May every year Salary review 2 times/year or on excellent performance International, dynamic, friendly working environment “FPT care” health insurance provided by AON and is exclusive for FPT employees. Other allowances: lunch allowance, working on-site allowance, etc. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Work with India and US customers, good English speaking and writing. Many years (~10 years) experience in Testing domain English fluent in speaking, listening, writing & reading to communicate directly with Customer Good at organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in MS SQL database/API testing, performance testing, Postman tool. Background in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge about Azure Performance Monitoring and deployment process are advantages (can be trained later). Have analytical mind and problem-solving skills. Have ability to study/research new things quickly and efficiently. Familiar with Agile Modal and Scrum Framework, JIRA and Confluence tools. Team work.
