Mô tả công việc - Act as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary. - Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process. - Direct project's resources, develop project plan, ensure that the project is completed on time and OP meets company’s policy. - Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure the overall success of the project. - Monitor team activities and corporate with direct manager and others departments to solve issues if any. - Orient the challenge for each subordinate following team challenge. - Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in development process, management skill and solving method. - Push subordinate to implement the policy of company. - Control and manage all area of project from getting requirement to delivery to customer. - Make plan to develop skill of subordinate as direct manager’s requirement. - Support pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solution and estimation. ***Working hour: Mon.-Fri. 8:00-17:00 ***Place: Dist. 1, HCM/Hai Chau Dist., Da Nang * Benefits: - Have Premium Health Care insurance package for yourself and your family. - Support IT and Business Manner courses. - Professional working conditions. - Salary increment: 1 time per year. - Beside NET salary, employee will get the bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit. - Company retreat: 1 time per year - Work off on Saturday and Sunday by weekly, public holidays according to Vietnam labor Law - Take annual leave 16 days per year. - Have a chance to work and study in Japan, APAC, India etc Yêu cầu kỹ năng - 5~10 years’ experience as Software Developer and 1~3 years’ experience as Project Leader - Graduate from Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields. - Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work. - Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work. - Good design documentation is required. - Good in Japanese (N2 or above). - Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
