Mô tả công việc 1. JOB SCOPE Mirae Asset Finance Vietnam is looking for a Marketing Data and Reporting Analyst to join our marketing team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, performance tracking dashboard, monthly/quarterly performance report and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases with basic understanding related to marketing industry. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES - Experience in tracking performance system on website (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) and mobile application (Appsflyer) - Experience and comprehensive understanding of data collection (from Data warehouse, Lead Portal, CRM and other internal systems...) - Experience as a Data Analyst, with good command of SQL (Or R, Python) to analyze and deliver actionable insight for Marketing Department - Be familiar with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar tools to build dashboard & deliver corresponding reports - Experience with testing and deployment - Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work as a team or independently. - Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal partners/Departments (IT, Collection, Sales, Digital, etc) - Experience with website developer (Wordpress, HTML5,…) as a plus - Other tasks as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng - At least 3 years’ experience in relevant positions - Experience in Consumer finance or banking is a big plus - Ability to analyze statistical and other types of data. - Be Detail-Oriented with a business & innovative mindset - University Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, data science or its equivalent. - Willing to learn new skill set (HTML, CSS, wordpress) to take initiative to build and maintain landing page website for specific campaigns
