Mô tả công việc JOB PURPOSE Manage project/ program to achieve proposed goals and results while meeting consistency, transparency, efficiency and compliance with measurement and evaluation indicators of the whole project’s performance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project members from both internal and/ or external various departments to effectively complete projects / programs; Integrate activities through identifying and managing interdependencies to ensure projects are well aligned; Conduct project reporting, ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures of GalaxyOne Project Management Office. Identify, manage, and control financial and operational risks and issues that affect the project / program under management; Plan and implement the design, development and delivery of approved projects / programs, including: analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation. Assure project quality. At least 2-3 years of experience in managing projects under Agile / Scrum model (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, CMS projects) Ability to read and write English well. Ability to research, analyze, and learn well. Candidates with certification in Scrum / Agile project management are preferred. Good access to technology.
