Yêu cầu kỹ năng Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu We are looking for a Head of Engineering that has: 1. At least 7 years of working experience. 2. Experience in fintech, lending, banking,... 3. Experience in establishing tech hub in Vietnam, attracted some top talents joining. 4. Experience in generally managing all aspects of operations of the hub in Vietnam with support from headquarter, including entity setup, legal, HR, finance, R&D, etc. 5. Experience in working in the US like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Paypal, Lending Club, or emerging banks like Revolut, Chime, Klarna, Sofi, or Dave. 6. Used to lead a software engineering team at leading fintech companies in Vietnam 7.
