Mô tả công việc Proactive monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure to ensure its security, stability, policies and compatibility to Business requirements and Corporate standard Provide effectively and timely End-User support incudes installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and hardware deployment in a professional manner Implement cost saving initiative to manage systems cost to be within budget while increasing efficiency for the IT assets utilization Provide technical advice, IT solution, initiative for EUC enquiries, to improve the process and services Responsible to register, classify received incidents and to undertake an immediate effort to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible Proactive monitor and maintain local IT facilities to ensure its readiness for operations Maintain system documentation and manage IT assets, software licenses,maintenance and inventory list Investigates L1 troubleshooting of problem causes, tests solutions, and puts solutions in place to reduce recurring incidents to the service desk. Includes remote/on site investigation of the cause and provision of resolution or work around solution Manage L2/L3 escalations across APLL IT team diligently, provide status at agreed interval to End User and track L2 / L3 resolution status till ticket closure Support and Comply with Corporate Security and IT governance Manage and follow up on faulty assets warranty, maintenance and repair Responsible for project management, coordinator and support for IT deployments,systems implementation and business projects for country and South East Asia region when needed Meet IT KPI Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm CLB thể thao Yêu cầu kỹ năng Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines ITIL / Professional certificates will be an advantage Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills Strong experience with Microsoft servers and desktops products and their supports Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in troubleshooting EUC and network issues Demonstrate expertise in project management includes infrastructure implementation and application rollout Technical knowledge on Logistics applications, Logistics operations / Supply Chain Systems/Quantitative thinking Good written and verbal communication in English Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Experience working with a multi-continent technical team preferred Strong influencing skills and ability to interact all levels such as customer/business stakeholders, senior management, and vendors Self-motivated individual Dealing with ambiguity, Customer focus, Negotiating, Organizing
