JOB BRIEF: - Senior Business Analyst assists in achieving strategic objectives such as improving business efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Evaluate, and propose solutions and improvements as assigned and for all projects in the strategic development portfolio of projects. II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Assist all portfolio projects in analyzing and proposing solutions. 2. Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business. 3. Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. 4. Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management and steering committee. 5. Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups. 6. Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market. 7.
