Mô tả công việc We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will build up, manage and grow up the technical team in Vietnam . The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and self-starter who can drive execution and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for candidates that are able to demonstrate his/her vision, leadership and passion in building a talented team and high-quality products. - Be in charge of the development of the engineering team in Vietnam. - Manage daily activities and development of the engineering team. Support current members in technical areas and also make sure they have all they need to work and are well taken care of. - Make sure projects and tasks are on track. Interact with the product and with other engineering offices to sync on all projects together with the engineers involved. - Plan for the projects and for the sprints, technical specs creation for tasks and projects.
