Mô tả công việc Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification • Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviours • Select appealing images and videos to complement text • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases) • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. - Good at Graphic design/ video making skill Quyền lợi được hưởng Competitive salary, regular assessment of capacity to raise salary, attractive commission, good promotion opportunities Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, ETC.) • Good understanding of social media KPIs • Good time-management skills - Familiar with Google Analytics, Data Analytics, Audience Insights, Social Listening, Content Creation & Management systems (CMS).
