Mô tả công việc • We are looking for seniors work with PTC WindChill Product Data Management System. Cooperate with a team of experts to build and launch the Engineering & PLM Application Support for the customer • Perform L2 and L3 support • Develop responsibilities include customizing of Windchill 10.x, 11.x environment administration. • Administrate production and non-production environments, refresh servers in non-production environments. • Manage and control licenses/CAD integration supporting for Creo, MatLab, Solidworks, Autodesk tool, NX, Catia. • Administer, register new user and user access right to the system, check user access right in the system. • Provide support service for end user. • Create ticket and follow up with clients for problems caused by third party applications and product defects. • System maintenance: Create specifications of environment update test, execute environment update test for the last version of CAD tool, and make it available for business. • Perform troubleshoot and fix bug. • Group training support: Training content revision, E-learning creation, translate documents in various languages for end-user training material. • Provide weekly report for support status with customer. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, information systems or related field • At least 5-10 years of experience in PLM support. • Experience must include 3 years use of the following: Creo, MatLab, Solidworks, Autodesk tool, NX, Catia. • Good knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server database, Java, .Net • Good knowledge to build PLM system for big company. • Create report and good presentation for complex problems. • Well-organized motivator and a team player and can offer solid solutions for quickly resolve challenging design issues, with a creative passion for innovation. Able to communicate efficiently and effectively. • Ability to work independently and with others on unusual or difficult problems. • Ability to deliver analysis on difficult projects with tight timing constraints.
