Mô tả công việc • To be responsible for mechanical, electrical engineering. • Monitor facilities and equipment to make sure they are in good condition. • Monitor contractors when they are in maintenance and repairmen. • Check periodically Fire Fighting tools and equipment to make sure they are in good condition and ready to be used. Do the periodically test of fire fighting equipment timely. Report to Group as required • Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational machine and resource efficiencies whilst giving consideration to the impact on other departments. Promoting a continuous improvement culture within the department • Work in conjunction with Operations staff on daily operational engineering related issues and continuous improvement teams. • Manage sub-contractors as required. • Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems • Responsible for ensuring that a clean, tidy and hazard free working environment is maintained to defined standards • To contribute to 5S activities as they relate to own area of responsibility • Perform general administration tasks as necessary • Be able to repair, replace some simple parts. • Follow up FM GLOBAL AND LEAD standard. Prepare supporting documents when being audited. • Support Binh Duong site during construction. • Do other suitable tasks required by direct manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • 5 years experience in maintenance and facility management • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, Electrical and mechanical experience. • Proven knowledge of continuous improvement techniques e.g. 5S principles • Computer Skill: Office, AutoCAD is an advantage. • Language: Use English fluently.
