Mô tả công việc * Directly supervises all operations of injection: - Responsible to organize the workflow and job distribution in Injection departments - All documentation for injection department - Responsible for the execution of the production plan - Contact person for injection related quality between sections and other departments - Material planning process. * Daily work through production to have a look into machine running, process flow, quality to make sure everything is under control * Manage the material consumption and control the regrind material quality, quantity. * Check and improve safety by remind team follow the guidelines and standards which issued by company and managers. * Manage the semi-finish good, the accessory and make sure FIFO principle when delivery to production * Control the quantity of accessory to prevent unknown lost, run out of material * Implement WI for Injection. * Make the preventive action/ corrective action for internal/external feedback * Control quality, finds out the best way for improvement * Inform and report to BOD when there are any problem happen * Work close with the other teams such as Mold maintenance, Machine maintenance, Material, QC in order to improve the production... * 6S implementation and improvements for production. * Set up training schedules and train worker in time to maximize the performance and avoid mistakes * Other tasks as to be assigned by Injection Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Xe đưa đón Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field from University Strong leadership and people management skills English: Good communication in English skills Over 02 years’ experience in injection molding or a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment and supervisory experience Proficient in MS Office Problem solving Lean principles & training method Team work Knowledge about ISO system
