Mô tả công việc - Monitor the performance of network - Maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers Performance, devices, System software, Vmware, Nas, File Server, Email, VPN, Backup…) - Work with Helpdesk team to support end users (Relation to System, Network, Security,…) - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Planning and report the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure - System Inventory Monitoring; - Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems - Monitoring and Implement security to protect system and network - Report directly to IT Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng • Salary: 20.000.000 – 30.000.000 • 13th-month salary, KPIs. • Provide tool working equipment • Social and health insurance of the Employee will be paid in accordance with the regulations on insurance. • Time of Rest: According to the Company‘s Labor Regulation and current labor regulations. • Opportunities to learn, participate in internal training courses • Opportunities for rapid growth and advancement to senior management positions. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • At least 3-5 years experiences in IT Network Infrastructure and 1 year as the same position • Experience in setting up and maintaining network security and system (switch, firewall, gateway, Vmware, Windows Server, Fortinet, NAS…) • Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure. • Ability to solve problems arising outside of working hours (If any) • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Proactiveness, positiveness and high team work spirit.
