Mô tả công việc Customer Support Specialists will assist our users with technical problems when using our products. They will be part of the Product team. CS will need to be aware of the various features / product that are under development so they can assist with users when features have been rolled out. • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features • Provide “omnichannel” support (chat, emails, calls, social media, and forum) • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions to Product team (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) • Act as L1 support and where needed reach out to appropriate Product team members for quick resolution • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Business Development / Marketing teams • Must be flexible with working schedule and responsive to messages from managers and team members.
