Mô tả công việc - To clarify the customer's inquiries. - To coordinate with Technical team to have the design, consumption, CM price and information related to the cost. - To coordinate with sourcing team to find the fabric & accessories which are suitable with customer requirements and follow the development stage of new fabric and accessories. - To establish the costing table and send quotation to customer. - To coordinate with Sample room to make the sample as customer request. Send samples to customer & follow-up to finalize the sample. - Follow-up with customer deposit & payment. - To prepare fabric & accessories for the sampling rounds. - Revise the quotations (if need) & trace customer place the PO. Transfer information to Merchandise team for their PO handling. - Support other departments to handle the issues arised in the bulk production. - Other task given by superior.
