Mô tả công việc - Coordinating with other channels of CRM, CS, and Marketing to deliver consistent message for different segmented groups. - Conduct deep dive analytic and actionable insights relative to the app and campaign performance, customer retention, acquisition and other desired performances. - Manage and segment the customer data, then designed personalized and relevant communication strategies for different group. - Define, implement, and manage the executive planning and strategies of the Loyalty Program, Referral Program, app/web push notification, and SMS. - Execute and operate effectively the Loyalty Program to grow and nurture VIP customers, maximizing customer lifetime, and retention. - Measure, analyze and report the performance of the app and campaign, push notification, Loyalty Program, and SMS to accomplish the desired CRM and business KPIs. - Resolve Customer Complaints & Report Quyền lợi được hưởng - Have clear promotion path (depend on capacity) - Dynamic working environment - Full health insurance benefits, participate in skill/professional training courses - Bonus for holidays (Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.), 13th month salary, teambuilding, etc. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM or Customer Service - University Degree (Economics, Finance & Banking is an advantage) - Strong team work, project management and organization skills. - Strong analytical skills with great attention to details. - Strong listening skills and judgment to make wise decisions in the interest of ACFC
