Mô tả công việc - Lead the Visibility Plan (by Category, Customer and by Store) by coordinating and agreeing with Trade Category, Category Planning and Customer Operation Team on final plans - Lead the Field Sales Force and Store staff to achieve the sales target - Establish and manage the relationship with Supermarket and Store Management - Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at point of sales (POS) in order to further build market share - Follow and executive the Promotion and Activation Plan - Manage Sale-In & Sales-Out and stock availability - Manage the Field Sales Force's performance - Provide support to Category Planning, Operation Team in negotiation Visibility plan with Customers and Store - Implement the visibility plan from Trade Category, Channel Visibility guideline (by category/customers) - Make reports as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng - Plus incentive/KPI monthly, quarterly & yearly Achievement award according to Company's business results - Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam - Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00) - Professional working environment, dynamic, advancement - Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview. - Participate in advanced training courses on and off the company - Fully entitled to other social welfare regimen such as:   Social, accident insurance and health insurance  Annual holiday;   Participate in the activities of the Company quarterly         Visiting the sickness, fondness, the union's birthday.  Annual leave: 12 days, 3 years plus 1 year                 - Enjoy other modes as prescribed by the company Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Experienced in Field Sales and well understanding in market - Bachelor Degree in economics or related fields. - At least 03 years experience in relevant position in FMCG - Willing to travel, good negotiation and communication skill - Strong Business planning and implementation - Open-minded, result-oriented , detailed with execution - Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment
