Mô tả công việc Make recruitment plan and control recruitment cost Develop & propose recruitment strategies & policies to supervisor. Deploy the recruitment activities & improve the recruitment channels to meet the headcount target Lead recruitment team in selection activities to meet the manpower's needs within approved headcounts including worker & staff recruitment Take responsibility for making reports related to recruitment, headcount, and labor market Lead the team in charge of Orientation training & Labor records Propose and cooperate with sections to enhance retention and maintain activities Innovate, update and implement HR’s procedures for operational effectiveness and efficiency Participate in meetings with the management team on headcount plan and HR-related fields Coach, train, and motivate subordinates to improve their performance Sum up and analyze HR reports, labor affairs and give a necessary proposal to the supervisor for reference and improvement of policies Support supervisor to run HR dept., smoothly & aligned with related laws, customers’ requirements as well as the Corporate’s guideline Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
