Mô tả công việc Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Customer Account Management, New Account Acquisition, Vendor development. Build long-term relationships with new and existing Sellers. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Knowing other languages is a plus. Proven working experience (5 years plus) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. Experience in complete Sales cycle and online sales experience, in ecommerce industry or allied. Sound knowledge of E-Commerce and local marketplaces. Experience in customer support is a plus. Adequate knowledge of Excel. Ability to build rapport. Prior work experience in an E-Commerce company is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to work on a cross-functional role. Communication and negotiation skills. Time management and planning skills.
